Cat Cosmetics I Want To Adopt A Cat?

My mother gave me instead of spending 80,00 to cosmetics and clothes that I thought of adopting a cat, shelter or PetSmart. I'll probably take an adult cat, not a cat. We have 4 cats now all people. They are very old. Each member of my family have a cat, our oldest is 17, my 15th Do you think that would be a new cat a good addition? Or should I wait? And 80,00 to cover the rate of adoption / Spay / syringes? I doubt that because I learned that the time has for the 75.00 in California, right?
