I owned and had several mortgages on parcels of 30 acres of land in Alabama. I sell, and to find the lawyer for the buyer mistakes in the chain of title. The sale is jepordy and received a lot of money on a contract for 90 days for the completion of the sale of land. If at least 3 of the title searches are applicable have been done on the property during my first purchase and additional mortgages, does not see why the gap before today. And why do I have money in the country without a clear chain of title? Is there anyone for me or the person responsible for this mistake.

Sounds like one time or another were never written down, so that's why there are differences in the chain. They should as far back to be that the break was originally conceived as able to say something. Title companies would be allowed to go to sell through the clouds on the title, but someone dropped the ball. The sale is in danger, and not near the cloud in the title. You can not put money into this operation and must be kept in an escrow account until this issue is resolved. Please register land titles, it would then place as one of the leaders, and the title company.
